For more than 100 years, Ela Family Farms has cultivated a rich heritage of growing some of the tastiest fruit on the Western Slope of the Rocky Mountains. Located just outside the small town of Hotchkiss, fourth-generation farmer Steve Ela takes pride in growing organic peaches, apples, pears, and cherries. He also uses innovative, sustainable farming practices to ensure the health of his land and trees.
