Meet the Community Growers at Isabelle Farm

Jason and Natalie Condon share many passions—for their young family, for organic farming, for local community building, and for connecting kids of all ages with fresh food and farm life. Jason’s family, the Condons, have been farming in Boulder County since 1859, doing everything from ranching meat and dairy to growing hay, wheat, and produce. Jason grew up on the farm and started working on farms at a young age. Natalie’s fondest childhood memories are summers she spent on a family dairy farm in Switzerland. In 2005, the couple began raising organic produce at their 40-acre home farm in Lafayette, Colorado, running a self-serve farm stand from the bed of their vintage turquoise Ford pickup.
