Looking Back at 2015 & Forward to 2016 What a wonderful—and action-packed—2015! We were reminded yet again that Mother Nature is always in charge. She brought heavy spring rains that kept our local farmers from planting their fields and delayed the growing season by several weeks. Meanwhile, our West Coast friends were having the opposite problem, thanks to a record-breaking drought. So here in Colorado, we enjoyed delicious spinach and fresh rhubarb from local farms while waiting patiently for the rest of our local season’s bounty.
