Holding week old piglets

Travelling through the back roads of Northwestern Lehigh County can be tricky. Roads quickly go from paved to gravel and snake through rolling hills and pastures, bopping and weaving around the Maiden Creek that’s a part of the Delaware River Watershed. My farm visit destination today is Rainbow Farm, and nestled into the side of rolling pastures and apple orchard trees a large red barn appears.
